摘　　要："环太平洋连带构想"为亚太地区主义史的重要转折点,日本和澳大利亚两国的行动在构想诞生过程中具有重要研究意义。通过探讨构想理念的包容性、日澳外交的妥协以及与东盟各国反复交涉的三个要素,揭示日本与澳大利亚两国通过共同行动在亚太地区构建互信的过程。对深入理解当今亚太地区主义的发展困境及区域合作的趋势具有研究价值。This article offers a new understanding of the history of the formation of the Pacific Basin Community.By examining the inclusiveness of the original concept of the Pacific Basin Community,the coordination between Japan and Australia as well as their unremitting efforts in promoting the idea among ASEAN countries,the authors argue that the formation of the Pacific Basin Community is a process of confidence building.The article seeks to reflect the original tradition of Asia-Pacific regionalism and thus shed light on the potential solution to the difficulties that hamper further cooperation among the Asia-Pacific countries.
