摘　　要：妇女权利是人权的重要组成部分。培养妇女的权利观念既是改变妇女自身地位,使其获得应有的人格尊严和实现自身人格的必要条件,也是社会发展的必然要求。培养妇女的权利观念,主要是培养妇女具有独立人格的理性权利观念、培养把性别差异作为平等前提的权利观念、强调在两性权利上对妇女权利优先保护的权利观念。要在法治宣传教育中重视妇女权利知识的普及,使全社会了解妇女权利的法律规定;完善妇女权利维护的法律机制,依法救济妇女权利的维护;建立健全妇女权利维护的社会救助机制,创新妇女权利维护的社会保护途径。The women rights are the important parts of the human rights.It is a very important to cultivate the women rights view,because it is condition of which women change their positions and realize their personalities.At the same time,it is necessary requirements of the social development.Cultivating the women rights view is cultivating independent personality and reasonable women right view with the important,cultivating gender difference as the premise of equality,and emphasizes priority protection women rights with the gender rights.It is important that women＇s rights and legal knowledge popularize in the propaganda and education of the rule of law.All the people not only know the legal rules of women rights,but also consciously safeguard the women＇s rights.In the meantime,we must improve the legal mechanism and the social assistance mechanism of the women rights,and innovate social protection of the women rights.
