摘  要:人力资本和社会资本是人才成长的两个重要因素,对人才成长起着决定性作用;而对于女性人才来说,除了受这两个因素影响外,性别文化对女性成长具有不可或缺的影响。本文主要从人力资本、社会资本和性别文化三个维度探析高层次女性人才的成才因素,并且提出高层女性人才具有较强的人力资本和相对广泛的社会资本,同时高层次女性人才较少地受传统性别文化的束缚,在其成长过程中的性别文化环境亦相对宽松等观点。Human capital and social capital are two important factors in the growth of talent,which plays a decisive role in it.For female talent,in addition to the two factors,gender culture has an indispensable impact on women development.This article mainly analyzes success factors of the high-level female talent from three dimensions of human capital,social capital and gender culture.It proposes that high-level female talent has strong human capital and a relatively wide range of social capital.Meanwhile,high-level female talent is less bound by traditional constraints of gender culture,and the gender cultural environment is relatively loose in their growth process.
