摘　　要：PPG聚醚多元醇不经化学加工,直接用做2K PU涂料羟基组分的全部或部分基料,所制得的涂料性能优良,其漆膜机械性能均衡,尤其是硬度高且坚韧耐磨,有望取代常用的MCPU用于耐磨地坪涂料,也可应用于木器、工业制品等方面的涂装。该项技术有利于节能与减排,并且,PPG作为一类可以在水中分散的羟基官能树脂,定能在PU涂料水性化上得到应用。PPG polyether glycol without chemical processing is partial or all used immediately as the basic material of hydroxyl component in 2K PU coatings, the prepared coatings have excellent properties and its film has balanced mechanical properties, especially for its high hardness and abrasion resistant. It is expected to replace MCPU which is commonly used for wear-resistant floor coatings and can be applied to wood, industrial products and other aspects of painting. The technology is conducive to energy saving and emission reduction, moreover, PPG as a hydroxyl functional resin can be dispersed in water and it com be applied in waterborne PU coatings.
