摘　　要：介绍了高压无气喷涂的原理,从涂装效率、涂料利用率、喷枪等方面探讨了高压无气喷涂与空气喷涂的区别和优势,并简述了高压无气喷涂在工程机械行业应用的注意事项。The principle of high pressure airless spraying was introduced, the differences and advantages between high pressure airless spraying and air spraying were discussed from painting efficiency, utilization efficiency of coatings, spray gun and some other respects. The matters need attention of high pressure airless spraying used in construction machinery manufacturing industry were briefly described.
