摘 要:随着聚酯材料的广泛应用,对聚酯的回收利用显得尤为重要,但PET受热后发生水解和热解等反应,导致特性黏度降低。选取环氧树脂711为扩链剂,分别研究了熔融时间、熔融温度、扩链剂的添加量对PET扩链效果的影响,并采用四官能度的均苯四甲酸二酐(PMDA)为扩链剂与之对比。通过实验发现:环氧树脂的最佳添加量为0.50%~0.80%;最佳反应温度为270~280℃;最佳反应时间为2.0~5.0min。与PMDA相比,在本实验设定的条件下,环氧树脂的增黏效果较好。With the wide application of polyester materials, the recycling of polyester is particularly important, but the hydrolysis and pyrolysis reaction when PET heated leads to a lower inherent viscosity. The epoxy resin 711 is selected as chain extender and the influence of the melting time and temperature and the amount of chain extender on the chain extending effect of PET is studied, and the pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA) is adopted as chain extender to compare with epoxy resin. It is found that the best dosage of epoxy resin is in the range of 0.60% to 0.80%, the optimal reaction temperature and time is from 270℃ to 280 ℃ and 2.0-2.Smin respectively. Compared with PMDA, the tackifying effect of epoxy resin is preferred under the set conditions in this experiment.
