摘 要:振动噪声严重影响着人们的生产和生活。阻尼技术可有效抑制振动和噪声传播,已经越来越多的应用于机械设备、铁路机车等领域。由于上述领域多数处于室内密闭环境,对环保的要求也日益增加。阐述了国内外水性阻尼涂料领域LIPN的最新研究进展。介绍了丙烯酸酯、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯、醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸酯、有机硅-丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯等IPN乳液的制备方法及性能指标,并提出了水性阻尼涂料将向着高阻尼、宽温域、快固化的方向发展。The noise and vibration affects production and people's life seriously. Damping technology can eliminate the vibration and noise transmission effectively, which has been increasingly used in machinery, railway locomotives and other fields. As most of the above-mentioned areas are in closed environment, the requirement of environmental protection is increasing. This paper has reviewed the recent development of LIPN for water-based damping coatings at home and abroad. The preparation methods and performance evaluations of acrylate, styrene-acrylate, vinyl acetate- acrylate, and silicone-acrylate and urethane-acrylate IPN emulsions are introduced respectively. The development direction of water damping coatings will be high damping property, wide temperature range and fast curing.
