摘 要:钾离子(K+)是植物细胞中含量最丰富的阳离子之一,对生物体具有重要的生理功能。土壤中增施钾肥能显著影响树体的生长,增加植物组织中K+含量。K+能促进细胞内酶的活性,细胞内有50多种酶或完全依赖于K+,或受K+的激活,从而提高催化反应的速率。K+还能调节植物体的许多生理功能,增强植物光合作用,增强植株体内物质合成和转运,提高能量代谢等。通过对核桃楸(Juglansmandshurica Maxim.)一年生苗木的钾肥营养研究,探讨钾肥的合理施用技术,为培育核桃楸优质壮苗提供依据。Potassiumion (K+) is one of the most abundant cations in plant cells, it has important physio- logical function to the organisms. Increasing the amout of potassium fertilizer of soil can significantly af- fect tree growth and increase the content of K+ in plant tissue. K+ can also promote the activity of enz- ymers in the cell, there are more than 50 kinds of enzymers in the cell which completely dependent on K+ or activated by K+ , so as to improve the rate of catalytic reaction. K+ can adjust many physiological functions of the plant, enhance plant photosynthesis and material synthesis and transport of the plant, improve the energy metabolism. In this paper, we discussed the reasonable technology of potassium fer- tilizer through the research of potassium nutrition of the annual seedlings to provide the basis for high quality seedling cultivation of J. rnandshurica.
