摘 要:制备了纳米铽-环丙沙星-邻菲啰啉稀土配合物,通过元素分析、热重差热分析、X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱、紫外光谱对配合物的组成、结构进行了表征,研究了配合物溶解性、热稳定性、发光性能和邻菲啰啉第二配体加入对铽-环丙沙星体系荧光性质的影响。荧光光谱的研究表明,环丙沙星通过分子内能量传递将部分能量传递给铽离子,同时邻菲啰啉的加入能有效地增强铽离子发光强度,配合物具有良好的发光性能,在紫外光激发下显示出Tb3+的特征发射峰,发出很强的绿色荧光。The rare earth complexes of nano-terbium-ciprofloxacin-phenanthroline were synthesized.Their compositions and structures were characterized by elemental analysis,TG-DSC,X-ray diffraction(XRD),IR and UV spectra.The properties of solubility,thermal stability and luminescent properties of complexes as well as influnce of phenanthroline as secondary ligands on the fluorescence of the terbium-ciprofloxacin were studied.The results of fluorescence spectra analysis showed that partial energy was transferred from ciprofloxacin to terbium ions by intramolecular energy transfer processes,meanwhile,the addition of phenanthroline can effectively increase the luminescence intensity of terbium icons.The complexes possessed well luminescence and showed characteristic emission peaks of Tb3+ under UV light excitation and emitted strong green fluorescence.
