摘　　要：目的通过对上海市社区卫生服务中心医务工作者的KABP调查,了解他们对国家基本药物制度的看法,保证基本药物制度的顺利实施。方法采用非随机抽样法,在中心城区和郊区社区卫生服务中心共发放问卷260份,对调查结果进行统计分析。结果与结论基层医务工作者对基本药物制度的认知度较高,但在看法、支持度和实践程度方面存在较明显差异。其中,被调查者的年龄、职称和地域(是否为中心城区)是主要的影响因素。Objective To understand the views held by medical workers of community health centers in Shanghai towards the national essential medicine system through the knowledge, attitude, belief and practice （KABP） survey, so as to ensure the smooth implement of this essential medicine system. Methods A total of 260 questionnaires were distributed to the medical workers in downtown and suburb community health centers with non-random sampling, and the investigation results were statistically analyzed. Results and Conclusion The attitude, support and practice extent varied among the medical workers, except the cognition, which was highly obtained overall. In addition, the differences were mainly influenced by the factors of participants＇age, professional titles and the locations of the centers （whether in downtown or not）.
