摘　　要：目的提高考绩档案管理水平。方法通过开展世界卫生组织(WHO)药品质量控制实验室认证的准备工作,根据考绩档案的特点和构成,分析其在实验室认证中发挥的作用。结果与结论满足了WHO药品质量控制实验室管理规范的有关要求。Objective To improve the management level of performance assessment files. Methods The effects of management of performance assessment files on laboratory accreditation were analyzed based on the files＇ characteristics and constitutional elements through the implementation of the preparation work for World Health Organization （WHO）＇s accreditation of pharmaceutical quality control laboratories. Results and Conclusion The requirements related to the management standards for drug pharmaceutical quality control laboratories set by WHO were met.
