摘　　要：目的探讨医院实施用药干预对门诊抗生素使用的影响。方法对我院实施用药干预前后门诊患者抗生素使用情况进行对比分析。结果实施干预后我院门诊抗生素用药金额与干预前相比有一定程度的下降,各类抗生素的使用频率和总体限定日费用呈现不同变化趋势。结论实施用药干预对促进抗生素的合理应用起到了积极的作用。Objective To explore the influence of intervention department in our hospital. Methods and after the implementation of The usage status of antibiotics intervention was compared on antibiotics usage in outpatient in the hospital＇s outpatients before and analyzed. Results After the implementation of intervention, the drug consumption of antibiotics decreased to some extent in the hospital＇s outpatient department, while the change tendency of DDDs characters. Conclusion The drug use intervention played a positive role antibiotics in the hospital. and total DDDe showed different in promoting the rational use of
