摘　　要：目的为建立三级医院药事管理职能科室并由此发展医院药学二级学科提供参考。方法总结医院药事管理工作的实践经验与教训,探讨了医院药事管理职能科室及二级药学学科的作用。结果与结论三级医院建立药事管理科作为药学专业职能管理科室,对医院药事管理和临床药学专业化发展以及抗感染药品的管理具有重要意义。Objective To provide references for establishment of the pharmaceutical management department in tertiary hospitals and development of the secondary discipline of hospital pharmacy therefrom. Methods By summarizing the practical experience and lessons of management in our hospital pharmacy, the roles of the hospital pharmaceutical management department and the secondary discipline of hospital pharmacy were discussed. Results and Conclusion There are important meanings of establishing the pharmaceutical management department as the functional management department for pharmacy major in tertiary hospitals, as it attributes to hospital pharmaceutical management, clinical pharmacy specialization, and management of anti-infection medicines.
