摘 要:目的了解预约挂号在门诊老年病人中的使用现状、存在的问题并分析其原因,为探索适合老年人群的预约挂号方式提供科学依据。方法采用随机抽样的方法,应用自行设计的问卷,对2011年8—11月在我院门诊就诊的242例老年病人进行问卷调查。结果门诊老年病人对预约挂号的总体知晓率高达87.60%,但总体使用率却只有16.94%。其中知晓率最高的为114预约平台(48.35%),使用率最高的是医生站复诊预约(6.61%)。老年人主要通过电视、报纸等媒体途径了解预约挂号。结论医生站复诊预约方式比较适合老年病人,医院应加强对预约挂号的宣传力度。开展诊区预约模式将是提高老年病人使用预约挂号的有效途径。Objective To understand current situation of appointment registration and existing problems and analyze the reasons (for outpatients aged 60 and over) so as to provide scientific evidence for exploring a suitable modality of appointment for the aged crowd. Methods By employing random sampling method, a self-designed questionnaire was used to survey 242 senior patients who visited our clinic during August to November, 2011. Results The overall awareness on appointment registration accounted for 87.60%, but the utilization rate was only 16.94~/00. The highest awareness was 114 Phone (48.35%), and the highest utilization rate was doctor's station for return visits, being 6.61%. The elderly got to know appointment registration mainly by way of TV and newspaper. Conclusion Doctor's station return visit appointment is relatively suitable for elderly patients, a hospital administrators should enhance promotion on this issue. Carrying out consulting area appointment is an effective way to increase use of appointment registration in elderly patients.
