摘 要:目的了解内皮素-2(ET-2)A985G基因多态性与老年原发性高血压左心室心肌肥厚的关系。方法2010年1月—2012年10月,随机选取就诊于我科、年龄≥60岁原发性高血压病人312例为研究对象,均行彩色多普勒心脏超声检查,根据检查结果分为心肌肥厚组与非心肌肥厚组(对照组),应用基因芯片技术检测ET-2A985G基因多态性,分析ET-2与心肌肥厚相关性。结果心肌肥厚组基因型GG、GA、AA所占的比例分别为59.22%、37.86%、2.91%;心肌肥厚组与对照组间ET-2等位基因分布差异有显著性(χ2=13.57,P<0.01)。Lo-gistic回归分析显示,基因型AG+AA与心肌肥厚有相关性(OR=2.588,95%CI=1.239~5.404)。结论 ET-2的A等位基因可能是高血压致左心室肥厚的危险因素之一。Objective To understand the association between endothelin-2 (ET-2) A985G polymorphism and left ven- tricular hypertrophy (LVH) in elderiy. Methods During 2010-01 2012-10, 312 seniors of 60 or over who visited our depart ment were enrolled in random for this study. All the patients received color Doppler echocardiography, and were divided into myo- cardial hypertrophy (MH) group and control group based on the results. ET-2 A985G polymorphism was detected by GeneChip, the correlation between ET-2 and MH was then analyzed. Results The ratio of genotypes GG, GA, and AA in MH group ac- counted for 59.22 %, 37.86 % and 2.91%, respectively. The difference of distribution of ET-2 between M H and control groups was significant (x2 = 13.57,P〈0.01). Logistic regression showed the A allele of ET-2 gene in both MH and control groups was asso- ciated with left ventrieular mass index (0R=2.588,95%CI=1.239--5.404). Conclusion A allele of ET-2 gene is likely to be one of the risk factors of left ventricular hypertrophy due to hypertension.
