摘  要:目的对经鼻蝶入路的相关解剖结构进行显微解剖与影像解剖,研究虚拟入路的可行性。方法10例成人尸头先行薄层CT扫描并于工作站行得到虚拟的立体图像,模拟手术入路,然后对经鼻蝶入路相关解剖标志进行显微解剖、观察、拍摄、测量和统计,比较两者的差异。结果经鼻蝶入路相关骨性标志的解剖测量与影像测量距离及角度的均数差值在0.2~0.5mm及0.3°之间,两组间比较差异无显著性。结论解剖测量与影像测量的数值非常接近,影像测量准确、可靠、实用,得到的数据及虚拟现实系统直观图像可为个体化经鼻蝶入路的开展提供一定的参考。Objective To study the microsurgical and virtual reality imaging anatomic structures correlated in trans- sphenoidal approach, and provide anatomical and imaging data for surgical approach. Method Ten chinese adult ca- daver heads (20 sides) were observed, anatomic landmark correlated in this approach were dissected, observed, pho- tographed, measured and analyzed. Making Multisliee Spiral CT(MSCT) Scan of all the specimen and get virtual 3-D image on the workstation. Result the distance between the relative anatomical landmarks of the trans-sphenoidal approach were measured by two ways-anatomical and imaging,the mean difference of which was 0.2 -0.5mm and 0.3°. There was no statistical significance between the two ways. Conclusion The value from the imaging measure-ments are close to those from the anatomic measurement. Imaging measurements are accurate, reliable useful, the present measuring data only provide some references for the clinicians to carry out the individualizational trans-sphe- noidal approach.
