摘　　要：目的探讨谷胱甘肽S-转移酶M1(GSTM1)基因遗传多态性与T2DM的相关性。方法采用PCR方法对T2DM患者(T2DM组,n=124)与健康对照者(NC组,n=100)GSTM1基因型进行检测。结果 T2DM组GSTM1缺失率(71.77%)高于NC组(34.00%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 GSTM1遗传多态性与T2DM有相关性,GSTM1基因缺失型可能是T2DM高危易感因素。Objective To investigate the association between glutathione S-transferase M1 （GSTM1） gene polymorphism and T2DM susceptibility. Methods The GSTM1 genotypes were identified by PCR-RFLP in patients （T2DM group, n=124） and controls （NC group, n=100）. Results The frequency of null GSTM1 genotypes in the T2DM patients （71.77%） was significantly higher than in the controls （ 34. 00%） （ P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion There exists the association of GSTM1 gene polymorphism with T2DM susceptibility. The null alleles of GSTM1 may be a predisposing risk factor for diabetes mellitus.
