2型糖尿病患者尿白蛋白排泄率与肱踝脉搏波传导速度相关性的研究

摘  要:目的探讨T2DM患者UAER与肱踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)的相关性。方法检测202例T2DM患者HbA1c、血糖、血脂、血压、肾功能、UAER,计算BMI,欧姆龙-科林动脉硬化检测仪测定baPWV;根据UAER的四分位数分为Q1组(0~2.50μg/min)、Q2组(2.51~6.05μg/min)、Q3组(6.06~18.07μg/min)组和Q4组(18.08~180.60μg/min),分析UAER与baPWV关系及变化趋势。结果 baPWV随UAER水平的增加而增快(P<0.01)。Pearson相关分析示UAER与baPWV呈正相关(r=0.30,P<0.01),多因素回归分析示UAER进入baPWV为因变量的回归方程(P<0.05)。结论 T2DM患者UAER与baPWV关系密切。Objective To investigate the correlation between UAER and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) in T2DM. Methods The HbAlc, blood glucose, blood lipid, blood pressure, renal functions, and UAER of 202 subjects with T2DM were determined, their BMI was calculated, and their baPWV was tested using Omron atherosclerosis detector. The subjects were divided into four groups according to UAER quartiles from low to high, Q1(0. 00-2.50 μg/min), Q2(2. 51;6. 05 μg/min), Q3 (6. 06-18.07 μg/min), and Q4(18. 08-180. 60 μg/min). The contribution of UAER to baPWV was determined by multivariate liner regression analysis. Results The baPWV gradually elevated along with UAER increasing (P〈0. 01). Pearson analysis showed that UAER was positively correlated with baPWV (r= 0. 30, P〈 0. 01). Multivariate liner regression analysis also showed that UAER was positively correlated with baPWV (P〈0.05). Conclusion The level of UAER is closely correlated with baPWV in T2DM.
