摘　　要：对国内外社会媒体有关文献进行整理分析,在已有文献的基础上,对社会媒体进行定义、分类和特点描述,并从信息交流与知识共享、用户行为、影响因素、结构与构建及其应用五个方面评述了社会媒体现有研究进展;从手机社会媒体、社交商务、网络公共社区、内容深度挖掘等角度出发,阐述了未来研究热点及趋势。The essay reviewed the literature of social media at home and abroad,and based on the existing literature,it analyzed the definition,classification and characterization of social media.From the view of information exchange and knowledge sharing,user behavior,influencing factors,structure and building and the application,the essay reviewed the existing progress of social media.While summarizing the defi ciencies of the existing research,this article introduced the hot spots and trends of future research from the perspective of mobile social media,social commerce,network community,deep excavation of the con tents.
