摘  要:加强教辅队伍建设、推进服务方式创新是高校建设与发展过程中迫切需要研究的课题。嵌入式服务是推进高校教辅队伍建设的有效途径,它可以稳定教辅队伍,提高其业务能力、团结协作意识和能力。根据服务内容的不同,教辅队伍可以分别嵌入教师的教学、科研、社会服务和推广工作。为促进基于嵌入式服务的高校教辅队伍建设,需要建设相应的工作机制。Strengthening teaching auxiliary team construction and promoting service innovation is in urgent need in the process of constructing and developing colleges and universities. Embedded service is an effective way to promote auxiliary team building in colleges and universities, which can stabilize the team, and improve their operational capacity, and enhance cooperation consciousness and ability. According to different services, the auxiliary team can be embedded in teaching, research, community service promoting tasks. To promote high school auxiliary team building based on embedded service, we need to establish the appropriate mechanisms.
