舒芬太尼复合曲马多或布托啡诺用于肿瘤根治术后患者自控静脉镇痛

摘　　要：目的探讨舒芬太尼复合布托啡诺或曲马多用于肿瘤根治术后患者自控静脉镇痛(patient con-trolled intravenous analgesia,PCIA)效果和安全性。方法 72例肿瘤根治术后患者随机分为布托啡诺(B)组和曲马多(T)组,分别使用舒芬太尼复合布托啡诺或曲马多,记录术后各时点的VAS、Ramsay评分及并发症情况。结果两组各时点的VAS评分及0时的Ramsay评分差异无统计学意义;B组2、4、8、12、24及48 h时点Ramsay评分高于T组(P<0.05);T组恶心呕吐发生率高于B组(P<0.05),其余并发症差异无统计学意义。结论舒芬太尼复合布托啡诺用于PCIA镇静镇痛效果满意,且安全性高。【Objective】 To observe the effect and safety of intravenous analgesia of Sufentanil combined with Tramadol or Butorphanol in patients after radical resection for tumor.【Methods】 72 cases of tumor patients after radical resection were randomly divided into Butorphanol（B） group and Tramadol（T） group,using of Sufentanil combined Butorphanol or Tramadol with PCIA.Record the VAS,Ramsay scores in different time point and complications.【Results】 There were significantly differences in Ramsay scores between Butorphanol group and Tramadol group（P ＆lt;0.05）.【Conclusion】 The effect of sedative and analgesic of Sufentanil composited with Butorphanol for PCIA is more satisfied.
