摘 要:塔北地区目前是塔里木盆地增加油气储量的重点区域,然而该区储层埋藏深,上部地层倾角较大、下部地层可钻性差,导致机械钻速低、钻井周期长。为此,重点在近4 100m进尺的241.3mm井眼段以提高机械钻速和行程钻速为目标,采集该区3口井的侏罗系—奥陶系的岩心来测定地层可钻级值等岩石力学参数,试验优选出适应的高效提速技术措施:上部新近系—三叠系井段采用抗高温等壁厚X-treme螺杆配合PDC钻头复合钻进,下部三叠系—奥陶系井段采用扭力冲击器TorkBuster配合专用PDC钻头钻进。试验结果表明,上述两种技术的结合使用大幅度提高了第二次钻进的241.3mm井段的机械钻速。井深达6 785m的9号直井全井平均机械钻速达到了10.69m/h,较邻井9-2号井的6.72m/h提高了59.07%;钻井周期仅55d,较邻井9-2号井钻井周期减少了33.46d,下降幅度达37.83%;目前,该技术已在塔北地区得到了推广应用。Hydrocarbon reservoirs in the northern area are the most potential pay zones contributing to the increase of oil and gas re- serves in the Tarim Basin. However, well drilling is challenging there with a low ROP and a long drilling cycle due to dissatisfactory geological factors, such as the great buried depth of such reservoirs, the big stratigraphic dip of upper bed layers, the poor drillabili- ty of lower bed layers, and so on. In view of this, this paper aims to find an efficient way to significantly improve the ROP and the drilling rate of a trip, focusing on such well sections with the borehole diameter of ~241.3 mm and the drill footage of 4,100 m in this study area. First, the core samples from the Jurassic-Ordovician formations were collected from three wells there to test the me- chanical properties of rocks, such as the measurement of the formation drillability. On this basis, adaptable technical measures for improving the ROP and the drilling rate of a trip were optimally selected through experiments. In the well sections through the upper parts of Neogene-Triassic Fms, the composite drilling was applied with X-tremeTM motors and PDC drill bits; in the lower well sec- tions through the lower parts of Neogene-Triassic Fins, the TorkBuster motor was chosen together with the specific PDC drill bits. In this way, the ROP of such 241.3 mm well sections was highly enhanced in the second spud-in. In the vertical well of 9#. with a total depth of 6,785 m, the average ROP reached up to 10.69 m/h, which was increased by 59.07% compared to that of 6.72 m/h in the neighboring well 9-2#; its drilling cycle is only 55 days, which is decreased by 37. 83% compared to that of 88.46 days in the well 9-2#. By till now, the above technical measures have been widely applied in wells in the northern tarimTM Basin.
