摘  要:在脱锻炼期间,对11年生樟子松(Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica Litv.)进行了延迟土壤霜冻的试验,通过对电阻抗图谱及生长指标的测定,研究了土壤霜冻对樟子松生长以及电阻抗图谱和电阻抗参数的影响。结果表明:霜冻处理的芽萌动期、展叶期生长速率的峰值期和茎叶停止生长期均晚于对照。同一时期,霜冻处理与对照的茎和针叶的电阻抗图谱在形状和大小上呈现明显的不同,茎的电阻抗图谱在变化趋势上相同,但霜冻处理后的茎出现双弧的时期比对照早,而霜冻处理后针叶的电阻抗图谱变化趋势与对照明显不同。在整个生长季中,霜冻处理后新枝和新叶的生长量、1年生茎的电阻抗参数胞外电阻率和胞内电阻率均极显著低于对照(p<0.001),1年生针叶的胞外电阻率极显著低于对照(p<0.01)。We measured the spectra and parameters of electrical impedance and growth of 11-year-old Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica Litv.samplings during dehardening to study the effects of delayed soil thawing on electrical impedance and growth of P.sylvestris var.mongolica Litv.The date of budburst,the fastest-growth rate and growth-cessation is delayed by a few days with the delayed soil-thawing treatment(FROST).Simultaneously,the electrical impedance spectra with the FROST and control(CTRL) treatments in size and shape are significantly different.The changing trend of spectra is same in stems but different in needles.The appearing time of spectra with double arcs in stems is earlier in FROST treatment than that in the CTRL treatment.At the end of the growth season in July,the increment of new shoots and needles and the extracellular resistance of previous-year needles in FROST,as well as the intracellular resistance and extracellular resistance of previous-year stems,are lower significantly than those in CTRL(p0.001 for stems and p0.01 for needles,respectively).
