摘　　要：研究了不锈钢紧固件用SUS304M盘条的在线固溶热处理工艺,通过实验室和工业性试验结果,制定了SUS304M盘条的在线固溶处理工艺,在大生产中应用,达到了预期效果。The on-line solution heat-treatment process of SUS304M wire for fastener was researched. By the results of laboratory test and industrial trial,the on-line solution heat-tret-ment process of SUS304M wire was created. The effects of applied in industrial scale was intro-duced too.
