大花三色堇的核型分析

摘　　要：利用常规压片法对大花三色堇(Viola×wittrockiana Gams.)3个品种的染色体数与核型进行分析。结果显示:3个品种的染色体组成复杂多样,其核型公式依次为‘EP1’2n=2x=43=2M+7m(1SAT)+4sm+24st+6t,‘XXL-G’2n=2x=36=2M+14m(2SAT)+16sm+4st,‘M-BF’2n=2x=42=24m+18sm;三者的核型不对称系数分别为78.0%、65.0%、62.1%,‘EP1’、‘M-BF’的核型均为2B型,‘XXL-G’的核型为2A型。An experiment was conducted to study the chromosome numbers and karyotypes of three pansy cultivars by common plates-making.The karyotype formula of three cultivars of Viola × wittrockiana Gams are as follows,the karyotype formula of ＇EP1＇,＇XXL-G＇ and ＇M-BF＇ are 2n=2x=43=2M＋7m（1SAT）＋4sm＋24st＋6t,2n=2x=36=2M＋14m（2SAT）＋16sm＋4st and 2n=2x=42=24m＋18sm,respectively.Their asymmetry indexes are 78.0%,65.0% and 62.1%,respectively.The karyotypes of ＇EP1＇ and ＇M-BF＇ belong to 2B,while ＇XXL-G＇ belongs to 2A.
