浅议现代科技与检验检疫技术的发展

摘　　要：为了研究检验检疫技术的发展,查阅了相关的文献和结合当前科学技术在检验检疫业务上的运用,详细阐述了现代科技促进了检验检疫的发展、检验检疫的重要性和计算机系统的信息存储、地理信息系统(GIS)、全球定位系统(GPS)、生物芯片、NASBA、荧光定量PCR技术、反向点印迹杂交和毛细管区带电泳技术、DNA条形码技术、RFID电子射频等技术在检验检疫上的应用,并对促进检验检疫技术的发展提出了建议和对策,对检验检疫技术未来的发展进行了展望。In order to research the development of inspection and quarantine technical,the author reviewed related literature and combining with the current science and technology on the inspection and quarantine business use.The article elaborated the modern science and technology to promote the development of the inspection and quarantine,the importance of inspection and quarantine,the information of computer storage systems,geographical information system（GIS）,global positioning system（GPS）,biological chip,NASBA,fluorescence quantitative PCR technology,reverse dotblot hybridization（RDBH）,capillary zone electrophoresis,DNA barcode technology,RFID technology in the application of inspection and quarantine in detail.Some tactics for promote the development of the technology of inspection and quarantine were suggested,and the prospects of inspection and quarantine technology future development were put forward.
