摘　　要：管口整形机主要用于管道施工现场对焊接管组端口部位整形的一种焊接辅助设备。应用管道弹性变形的力学理论,进行了管组端口在整形过程中的受力分析,并可通过该设计方法计算管口整形设备所需的整形力、液压缸推力及液压系统工作压力。Pipe ends shaping machine is usually used in pipe laying site as an auxiliary equipment to shape the ends of two pipes which are to be welded together. By using the mechanics theory of pipe elastic deformation, force analysis on pipe ends during ends shaping was discussed. Through the ealeulation by using the design method proposed, pipe shaping force can be decided, and furthermore, push force on hydraulic cylinder can be decided, so that working pressure for the hydraulic system can be calculated.
