摘　　要：结合工程实际进行研究,针对聚氨酯板断续式生产模式生产效率低的问题,开发了一套软件控制平台,实现了连续生产线的自动化控制。系统可实现对生产订单的管理、订单数据到生产数据的转换,对生产报表的统计和管理。该系统的成功应用,大大减少了操作人员的工作量,提高了生产效率和产品质量。The subject combined with the engineering practice to study, it is for the low production efficiency of polyurethane board intermittent production model, have developed a software control platform,it implements the automatic control of the whole production process. The system can realize the management of production orders, the orders data into the production data, statistics and management of the production report. The successful application of the system, greatly reducing the workload of the operator, improve production efficiency and product quality.
