摘  要:【目的】探讨超声波对甘蔗渣纤维素提取工艺和纤维素含量的影响,并优化甘蔗渣纤维素处理工艺。【方法】以甘蔗渣为原料,通过对超声波辅助碱性双氧水法处理纤维素工艺的研究,确定超声波条件下甘蔗渣纤维素提取的最佳工艺条件,并用倒置显微镜研究超声波处理对甘蔗渣纤维形态结构的影响。【结果】最优工艺参数为:超声波处理时间70min、超声功率200W、反应温度80℃、0.7%H2O2和6%NaOH的混合溶液,甘蔗渣纤维素含量在87.54%以上;与无超声辅助相比,纤维素含量提高了8.69%。【结论】利用超声辅助碱性双氧水法预处理甘蔗渣,能够提高蔗渣纤维对试剂的可及度和反应性能,极大缩短反应时间,提高反应效率。Objective The effect of ultrasonic on the extraction process and the cellulose content was studied to optimize the process of extracting cellulose from sugarcane bagasse. Method The best parameters of extracting cellulose from sugarcane bagasse using ultrasound-assisted alkaline hydrogen peroxide were determined, and the influence of ultrasonic treatment on the morphological structure of bagasse cellulose was also researched using inverted microscope. ResultUnder the optimum conditions (ultrasonic intensity of 200W, extracting time of 70 min, extracting temperature of 80℃, the mixed solution H2O2 and NaOH concentration of 0.7% and 6%), the content of bagasse cellulose reached more than 87.54%, which increased by 8.69% compared with no auxiliary of ultrasonic. Conclusion Using ultrasound-assisted alkaline hydrogen peroxide to pretreat bagasse, the reagent of accessibility and reaction performance of bagasse fiber were improved. The reaction time was reduced, and the reaction efficiency was boosted.
