摘 要:【目的】比较分析中华鳖、黄沙鳖及黄沙鳖F1代群体的生长性状,以期获得黄沙鳖的性状评价指标,为黄沙鳖优良生长性状的选育提供参考。【方法】中华鳖、黄沙鳖和黄沙鳖F1代种群在相同条件下饲养,养殖1年和2年时分别测量3个鳖群的体重、体长、体宽、裙边长和裙边宽,并进行各性状指标的优劣分析。【结果】中华鳖、黄沙鳖和黄沙鳖F1代种群在相同条件下饲养1年后,3个鳖群的平均体重差异不显著(P>0.05),但在体长、体宽、裙边长和裙边宽指标方面,黄沙鳖F1代极显著优于中华鳖(P<0.01);饲养2年后,黄沙鳖F1代比中华鳖更具生长优势,黄沙鳖F1代与黄沙鳖的生长性状差异不显著(P>0.05),但各项生长指标均有所提高。【结论】对黄沙鳖的后代不断进行筛选,可获得性状优良的黄沙鳖群体。Objective By comparing growth chara cteristics of Chinese soft shell turtles, Truogx sinensis and Truogx sinensis F1 , evaluation indexes for Truogx sinensis were obtained to provide references for selecting better growth property. Method Three kinds of soft shell turtles were incubated and fed in the same condition, and then body weight, body size and side width were compared in the first and second year, respectively. ResultUnder the same breeding condition for one year, there was no significant difference about body weight among the three groups (P0.05), but regarding body length, body size, side length and side width, Truogx sinensis F1 was significantly better than Chinese soft shell turtles (P0.01). After two years, growth properties of Truogx sinensis F1 were superior. Although growth properties between Truogx sinensis and Truogx sinensis F1 were not markedly different (P 0.05), all growth properties of Truogx sinensis F1 improved to some extent. Conclusion Truogx sinensis population possessing fine characters could be attained through constant generation selection.
