基于IPA分析法的历史文化街区游客满意度测评研究——以扬州东关街为例

摘　　要：游客满意度已是旅游研究中的一个热点,受到诸多关注和重视,但对历史文化街区的相关研究鲜有涉及。以历史文化街区——扬州东关街为例,结合历史文化街区旅游资源特点,借鉴专家咨询意见,确定了影响历史文化街区游客满意度的27个因子,并通过实地调查,运用IPA分析法定量化地对扬州东关街游客满意度进行了实证研究。研究表明:游客对东关街满意度的评价一般。Tourist satisfaction has become a hot research issue,which arouses more interestes and focuses in the tourism research field.Taking the historical and cultural street of Dongguan as a case study,the paper has drawn a two dimensions scatterplot chart of tourism expectation and experience by SPSS19.0 software with survey data obtained from a great deal of questionnaires and researched the tourism research of Dongguan Street in Yangzhou on the basis of IPA.The study showed that: the the Dongguan Street doesn,t meet the tourists needs well.The study is of special significance for the research of customers satisfaction degree in historical and cultural blocks which remains relatively weak.The study conclusion can provide guidance for the sustainable development of business street.
