摘　　要：微波加热技术是在食品工业中逐步推广使用的先进应用技术。本文简述微波的基本原理,简述成都兴恒合科技有限公司与长城雪茄烟厂联合研制的"雪茄烟支微波干燥设备"的特点,主要论述西门子S7-200 PLC在该设备上实现的智能化控制与应用。Microwave heating technology in the food industry is gradually promote the use of advanced technology.
