摘  要:某1000MW超超临界机组在锅炉快速降压异常工况下炉水循环泵发生汽蚀现象,对炉水循环泵的安全运行造成了不利影响。本文在全面分析炉水循环泵汽蚀原因的基础上,针对炉水循环泵和给水泵串联布置方式的特性,通过对锅炉启动系统运行方式的调整,避免炉水循环泵汽蚀现象的发生,保证炉水循环泵在异常工况下尽快恢复启动。Boiler water circulation pump (BCP) cavitation occurs in 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical unit during the pressure of boiler drops abnormally, which has an adverse impact on the safe operation of the BCP. In this paper, based on the comprehensive analysis of the reason of BCP cavitation, accord- ing to the characteristics of tandem arrangement of BCP and feed water pump, the adjusted operation method of boiler startup system is proposed, then the BCP cavitation is avoided, and the BCP can be recovered startup in abnormal condition as soon as possible.
