摘　　要：研究用试纸检测吸食海洛因患者尿液的方法并确定试纸的最佳制备条件。浸渍液是碘盐∶铂盐∶铋盐 =1 5∶1∶1 85和 40∶1∶7 4,干燥温度为 2 5～ 30℃ ,50～ 60℃ ;采用 1号和 3号层析滤纸。用此试纸对 60例 1 30份吸毒者尿液、 2 8份正常人尿液及外加止痛药、感冒药、镇静药等的尿液的检测表明 ,本方法灵敏、准确、专一 ,尿液不需任何处理 ,因此简便快速。A method for distinguishing opiate addicts by test paper was report.The suitable conditions of preparation of the test paper were studied.The immersion solutions are iodide salt:Pt salt:Bi salt=15∶1∶1 85 and 40∶1∶7 4 respectively.The temperatures for drying are 15～30℃ and 50～60℃ respectively.The filter papers of paper chromatography of No 1 and No 3 were used for preparation of the test paper.About 130 urine specimens from 60 patients,28 normal persons and other persons taking anodyne,sedative or antiflu drugs were detected.The results showed that the method has good sensitivity,accuracy and specialization.Because of determination without any pretreatment,it is more convenient,faster and cheaper.
