激光作用下石墨反射特性研究

摘  要:构建了表面反射特性的测定装置,开展了激光作用下石墨材料反射特性研究,测量得到了石墨材料表面反射特性随温度变化的曲线,探讨了反射特性随温度发生变化的机理。研究结果表明,在1.064μm连续激光辐照作用下,石墨材料温度达到400℃以上时,其反射率呈明显的下降趋势,并最终保持在一个相对稳定的水平;石墨表面反射特性也由激光加载前的混合反射转变为加载后的漫反射。石墨表面反射特性的变化,与激光加载作用下石墨材料中有机物质分解以及其内部空隙中残留有一定量的微小灰分被烧蚀有关。Experimental research on reflection characteristic of graphite under infrared continuous-wave (CW)laser ir- radiation is carried out. An experimental measurement system is set up with integrating sphere. The regularity of tem- perature-dependent reflection characteristic of graphite is presented by experiments, and the mechanism applying to the variation of reflection is also studied. Investigation results show that the reflectance of graphite decreases remarkably while the graphite reaches a temperature about 400℃ under 1. 064 μm CW laser irradiation, and finally main- tains a relatively steady level. The compound reflection surface of graphite turns into diffuse reflection surface after la- ser irradiation. It mainly results from decomposition of organic matter and ablation of micro-powder in graphite.
