我国农机化制度变迁与发展的协同性研究

摘　　要：农业机械化是农业现代化的重要标志,发展农业机械化是提高农业生产效率、改善农业生产基本条件、减轻农民劳动强度的根本手段,而农机化的制度体系的构建和有效的农机化制度安排是农机化水平得以不断提高的基本条件。为此,在对我国农业机械化制度变迁的基本框架进行界定的基础上,通过分析农机化发展不同阶段的目标与特点,对不同发展阶段农机化制度安排的基本特征进行了理清,并分析二者演化进程中的协调性,为今后农机化制度安排提出可供参考的意见和建议。Agricultural mechanization is an important badge of agricultural modernization.The development of agricultural mechanization is main measure for enhancing agricultural production efficiency,improving basic condition of agricultural production and relieving labor pressures.The construction of agricultural mechanization institutions and efficient agricultural mechanization institutional arrangement are basic condition for sustainable development of agricultural mechanization level.Based on the definition of the basic framework on agricultural mechanization institutional change,we classified the basic characteristics in different stages of agricultural mechanization and analyzed the synergy of them by analyzing the different objectives and traits of different stages.
