摘　　要：根据目前牛奶质量测试仪控制系统存在的不足,提出一种利用冰点检测牛奶质量的方法,研究设计了智能牛奶冰点测试仪控制系统。该系统包括石英晶体温度传感器及整形放大电路、控制器、STC11F60XE单片机、键盘、液晶显示屏TFT32245-3.5、微型打印机A9和报警电路,实时完成检测、显示、打印。研究设计表明,该系统具有体积小、功耗低、精度高、抗干扰能力强、价格低廉、操作简单以及应用范围比较广泛等特点,对牛奶质量监测和牛奶食品安全有实际意义。Based on the shortage of the control system of milk freezing point tester nowadays,a method is put forward to design the system,which is to detection the quality of the milk with the help of the vary of the freezing points.The system including quartz crystal temperature sensor,plastic amplifying circuit,controller STC11F60XE SCM,keyboard,LCD TFT32245-3.5,mini-printer A9 and alarm circuit.The system can detect,display and print at real-time.The design indicate that the system has the characteristics of small volume,low power consumption,high accuracy,high ability to resist the disturbance,low cost,easy to operate and has a wide application which have a practical significance for milk quality monitoring and food safety.
