摘  要:目前我国已成为世界干果蔬生产和出口的主要国家之一,但是果蔬脱水烘干装置存在加工工艺落后、产品质量较低及能耗大等问题,严重影响经济效益。为此,提出了基于PLC控制的太阳能低压果蔬干燥机的设计方案。该方法主要利用太阳能来提供设备能源,在低于50℃的环境下让果蔬近似自然脱水,达到节能环保和降低成本的目的。利用PLC控制器、干燥箱、增压泵、真空泵、电磁阀和传感器等器件搭建实验样机,初步实验结果表明,太阳能低压果蔬干燥机生产的脱水果蔬具有品质好、色泽好和产品等级高等优点。同时,设备的制造市场经济规模非常可观,产品具有很好的市场前景,极具推广价值。At present,China has become one of the major countries in the world,which produce and export fruit and vegetable directly,but the present fruit and vegetable drier has several problems that backward processing,lower product quality,energy consumption,which serious impact on economic efficiency.In view of this status,it proposed the research of the PLC based solar energy low-voltage fruit vegetable drier.This method mainly makes use of the solar energy to provide equipment energy,and let fruits and vegetables natural dehydrated in below 50℃ an environment to achieve energy saving and reduce costs.It has been built the experimental prototype,which contained the PLC controller,a drier,a booster pump,a vacuum pump,solenoid valves and sensors etc.Through do the experiment,the preliminary results show that the dehydrated fruits and vegetables production of solar energy fruit vegetable dryer have good quality,good color,high grade product advantages.And it has very substantial economies scale for the equipment manufacturing market,so the product has good market prospects and great promotional value.
