摘　　要：铜制实体保持架有一部分因尺寸小、壁厚薄,拉削方孔易使其变形,保证不了公差要求。针对上述问题,采用线切割切出方孔,并设计一套能保证线切割加工的夹具,满足了加工产品要求,也为其他类似产品夹具设计提供了宝贵的经验。Some of solid copper cages have the specialty of small size and thin wall thickness, so broaching the square hole on it would result cage in deformation. To counter the problem mentioned above, the way of linear cutting was adopted on the forming of square hole and a set of fixture for linear cutting was also designed, so that the requirements in manufacturing products were met and valuable experience of fixture design for similar products was provided too.
