摘　　要：转变农业经济发展方式,提高农业生产力是支撑经济可持续发展的根本保障。深入分析了农业的基础地位和作用,阐述了农业生产力在提升社会生产力水平中的主要功能,提出了依靠科技创新实现农业生产力要素优化组合,提高农业劳动生产率和土地生产率等五点建议。The basic guarantee for sustainable economic development is to change the economic growth pattern and empower agriculture productivity. In this paper, the authors analyze the basic situation of agriculture and the main function of agriculture productivity, which is the main factor for social productivity. Suggestions are given as follows： optimize the productivity factors by technology and science innovation, improve the productivity of labor and land, keep the growth of agriculture both on quantity and income, and ensure the sustainable improvement of agricul- ture supply ability.
