摘　　要：通过试验研究,掌握了GH36合金锻造低倍粗晶的形成过程及形成机理,从而找到了既能预防GH36合金锻件低倍粗晶又能保证其高的综合性能的模锻工艺,并从理论上阐述了预防机理。Based on the test studies, the process and mechanism of macrograin formed in GH36 alloy forging have been understood, and the die forging technology both preventing the macrograin of GH36 alloy forging and assuring the high various property have been found. Farther the preventing mechanism of macrograin has also been described on theory.
