摘 要:为揭示铁路工程项目工期压缩与成本费用的关系,促进项目各方科学确定项目工期、合理确定工程造价,有效控制工程成本,根据工程实例,通过调查统计、现场测定、归纳计算方法,研究工期压缩后所发生的成本费用,计算成本增加额,求得成本增加与中标合同额之间的比例关系。并以1座桥梁工程实例为背景,具体分析工期压缩对成本的影响。研究显示:项目工期平均压缩19.22%,成本费用平均增加6.21%。按项目费用类别分类,工期压缩主要引起直接工程费,大型临时工程费,冬雨季、夏季和夜间施工费用、施工工艺改变和运杂费增加;按专业工程分类,工期压缩对桥梁工程的成本影响最大。To reveal the relations between schedule reduction and cost in railway projects and call for the parties of a project to scientifically plan the project schedule, rationally determine the construction cost and effectively control engineering cost, based on real engineering projects, the cost of a project after the schedule was reduced was studied, the increase of the cost was calculated and the relations of the ratio of cost increase and contract amount were identified by way of investigation, field tests and calculation. A bridge project was cited as an example with the intention of analyzing the impact of schedule reduction on the cost. The study indicates that if the construction schedule of a project is reduced by 19. 22% on average, the cost will increase by an average of 6.21%. If classified by the categories of the project cost, the schedule reduction will mainly lead to the increase of the direct engineering cost, large scale temporary project cost, the cost of construction in rainy season, summer and at night, the change of construction technologies and transportation cost. While in terms of the categories of specialist engineering, the schedule reduction will exert the greatest effect on the cost of bridge engineering.
