摘　　要：2011年,国土资源部将开展土地与矿业权网上交易工作作为"两整治一改革"工作的重要任务,江苏省充分分析现状,提出建设"四位一体"的国有建设用地使用权网上交易系统。本文介绍了"四位一体"网上交易系统的设计、实现,及系统主要功能。In 2011,the Ministry of Land and Resources has opened the online trading system for land and mineral rights.This is an important part of the work to the ＂two remediation reform＂.Jiangsu Province has a comprehensive view of the current situation and proposed a ＂Four in One＂ system for online trading of rights to use constructive land.This paper introduces the system about its design,implementation and main functions.
