摘　　要：随着现代化程度的不断提高,对国土资源信息的需求越来越大,对信息管理的要求也越来越高。国土资源信息化"十二五"规划确定了"以依托四级网络互联互通的国土资源遥感监测"一张图"、电子政务平台、综合监管平台和共享服务平台为基础,努力构建覆盖全国的集数字化、网络化、智能化为一体的"智慧国土",全面实现网上办公、网上审批、网上监管、网上交易和网上服务,促进管理方式的根本转变,增强全程监管能力,提高管理决策的科学化水平,推动服务型政府建设"建设目标。本文探讨了以物联网和云计算等新一代信息技术构筑智慧国土的基本设想。The demand for data and need for the appropriate management in the field of nation＇ s land resources are gradually increased over the progress of the modernization. The outline of the ＂12th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development＂ identified the objectives of building a computerization in the overall management of country to control the land＇ s resources during the 12th Five-Year period, that is to say ： supported by a ＂ pattern ＂ based on four levels interconnecting remote network monitoring, and e-government＇ s platform of integrated detection and monitoring of shared services to bring up a＂ Wise Land＂ across the country territory with digital, networked, intelligent and well. It will be a way to completely realize online office, online approval and monitoring, online commerce and services. It may also stimulate fundamental change in the management, supervision and improve decision level to facilitate the implementation of a government service. The Internet of Things and cloud computing, a new generation of information technology will play a major role for a computerization in the overall management of nation＇ s land and resources
