摘　　要：本文根据国土资源档案馆管理和服务工作的自身特点,采用GIS技术和网络技术,设计了一套基于C/S与B/S混合结构的国土资源档案管理系统。重点对系统的总体拓扑结构设计、系统功能模块结构以及采用的关键技术做了详细的分析和论述。According to the characteristics of the archives management services of nation＇s land,the GIS technology and network technology in this paper,have been used to design a records management system in regard to the nation＇s land and resources based on C/S and B/S mixed structure.Also the article focuses on the overall system topology structure design and system function module feature as well as the key of technology used to do a detailed analysis and discussion.
