摘 要:在国土资源网络和业务系统的运行维护阶段,及时解决出现的问题和故障,确保系统安全稳定地运行,是国土资源政务管理能否正常运行的关键所在。建立完善的国土资源综合监控系统,全面提升国土资源运维管理效率和管理水平,将对发挥电子政务绩效、提供公共服务效益起到至关重要的作用。With the development of social informatization, ,Spatial data plays an increasingly important role in the process of land resources informatization.How to conduct spatial analysis or apply fastly and accurately with huge amounts of data in TB or ever PB level has become a topic that many WebGIS information systems of land resource must solve .According to the research of Yunnan Province land monitoring information service platform,this paper summarize a caching mechanism that is good for huge amounts of spatial data in the network environment.In addition,there is a new concept called "Tile' s Vector" ,which has also been successfully applied in "One Map" spatial data quick browsing system with good results.
