摘　　要：为进一步加强国土资源档案的管理和利用,参照OAIS参考模型构建基于J2EE的全B/S结构的国土资源档案管理系统,与现有电子政务系统、建设用地审批系统、地籍信息管理系统等系统及数据中心进行系统集成,实现了档案的收、管、存、用全程信息化管理和档案的数、图、文一体化管理,建设市县互联互通的档案管理信息化平台,方便内网及外网用户的档案查询与利用。This article conducted a systematic integration with the government administrative system, the approval system of construction land and the system of cadastral information management, as well as data centers to build a file system management in terms of land resources based on J2EE OAIS reference model with a complete structure of B / S to improve file management and use of documents. In addition, it has also made a complete information management with a collection of files, storage, and use by integrating numbers of files, maps, integrated text management for the archives interconnection at the city and county throughout a platform of information management so that it facilitates intranet and extranet users to query and use the files.
