摘　　要：结合唐山市新能源汽车发展的现实基础,首先从产业带动效果、节能减排以及经济社会效益等方面,对唐山市节能与新能源汽车的运营成效进行分析,然后总结近3年来的示范运营经验,最后提出唐山市进一步加大示范运营规模及产业化发展的建议。Based on the current development of new energy vehicles in Tangshan, the article will analyze the operational effect of Tangshan energy-saving and new energy vehicles from the per- spectives of the industrial drive, energy conservation and economic and social benefits, sum up the experience of demonstration and operation during the past three years and put forwards some sug- gestions on increasing the demonstration scale and industrial development in Tangshan.
