摘　　要：加快城市绿色转型是中国努力控制和减少温室气体排放、加快推进生态文明建设的战略要求。城市绿色转型的主体选择主要包括政府规划引导、产业界响应、企业自主行动、中介组织服务、社会群众参与等。加快生态文明建设,促进中国城市绿色转型,要加强政府规划引导,加快绿色产业布局,加强低碳技术创新,鼓励企业清洁生产,鼓励科研院所低碳创新,吸引社会群众参与。In order to control and reduce greenhouse and gas emission, and accelerate the con struction of ecological civilization, we must speed up the green transformation of Chinese cities. The subject selection of the green city transformation mainly includes the government guidance, the industrial response, the enterprise action, the intermediary services, and the social participa tion. To quicken the construction of ecological civilization, and promote the green transformation of Chinese cities, we should strengthen the government guidance, advance green industrial lay- out, improve low carbon technology, encourage cleaner production, foster low carbon innovation, and attract social participation of the masses.
