摘　　要：在学术期刊编辑出版过程中,会出现编辑与作者之间信息不对称的现象,给编辑工作造成一些负面影响。文章研究在编辑过程中存在的编辑与作者之间信息不对称现象的表现、原因及危害,提出消除负面影响的对策,使编辑和作者的信息服从于学术期刊编辑出版活动的需要。Asymmetric information between academic journal editors and authors is an objective reality, and it can bring some harmful effects. The paper analyzes the phenomena, causes and damages of asymmetric information in the editing work of academic journal, and puts forward some countermeasures to eliminate the impact of the asymmetric information and be subject to the needs of editorial activities.
